In the request body, supply a Party.Message resource with the following properties:

注意：广播是当前登录用户向联系人列表的所有好友和群组，各发送一条相同内容的广播消息，无需指定任何接收目标。

Response

如果请求成功，该API返回当前用户广播的Party.Message消息数据在响应体信息。
